Growing up in the construction industry, Dan has spent years learning about the custom home building process and continues his learning process thru ongoing continuing education at the local, state and national levels. Dan is currently securing his Certified Graduate Builder's education certificate and is a Certified Home Inspector which comes in handy when renovating older homes. Dan has 20 years of experience in the trades which provides him with a wealth of knowledge in the building arena. He has been a union electrician for most of that time acting as foreman on numerous residential and commercial projects.

In the nearly 10 years that Dan has been building custom homes, his product, his work ethic and dedication, his easy-going personality and his skill have been advantageous in developing close working relationships with some of the best local craftsmen and vendors, with the city’s building departments and with former clients. He is responsive to customer needs and interests, stressing constant communication and team work from planning through completion and beyond.
